It's hard to say. I do have one favorite spellcaster sim in my rotation who lives in Glimmerbrook, but otherwise I haven't touched it. The world is a disappointment, and it's hard to say why, although I think it has something to do with the disconnect between the style of the B/B objects and the style of the town. It just doesn't fit together. Plus the existing houses need a LOT of work to fix, and I just haven't been in the mood. Also, the bar needs to either be bulldozed or massively altered, but with only one commercial lot, I'm not really sure what to do with it. I wanted a potion shop, but it seems weird for that to be the only business in town, so I may eventually make it a combined general store with both potions and other crafted items, including food, as well as community social space.
Del Sol Valley I definitely felt needed to be larger, but I've made some substantial changes, and have sort of made it work for me, but I haven't been really into it lately. I do enjoy playing a couple of households there occasionally, though. I could say almost exactly the same thing for Forgotten Hollow.
I spend a fair bit of time in Britechester on an ongoing basis, but only when playing university students; otherwise I haven't messed with the town at all.
I spent a decent amount of in Evergreen Harbor and Strangerville when the packs released, but I don't play there as much now, although I do have some ideas for down the road.
I definitely spend the most time in Brindleton Bay, Windenburg, Willow Creek, Newcrest, San Myshuno, and Oasis Springs. That's where my favorite households live.
This is reminding me that part of my issue with not having larger worlds is not just the total number of lots, it's the way the space is used. Obviously everyone's needs vary, but I just don't feel like the team always makes the best use of the space given, even if we accept that there are technical limitations on how big of a world we get. So then if the world feels awkward, and things aren't in the right spot... yes, there might be lots that I have never used, but since they are not the right size/shape/location for what I want to do with them, that means I still don't have enough lots for what I have planned. Which, to bring it back to this thread, means that it becomes a lot less enjoyable to play in that world.
