Independent Sims in University Dorms instead of combined households

I have a suggestion to update dorms mechanic a little. At the moment if you want to locate your sims in the dorms, you have to live with random townies and if you have any sim in the dorm already, you have to combine the households and their budget. I totally don't like it. I think that the system where you can have for example 4 independent households in one dorm would be much more better. It would be easier to make relations, storytelling, and just play the game. Currently if you want to have more students in one dorm, you have to play one household with 8 sims and one budget. It's messy. But if you want to put just one or two sims per dorm it's waste of space, because Britechester is small. If you don't want to touch premade households, you have only 4 dorms free, two per university. This is sad :/
