Industrial Loft and the Old Salt House
I bought this kit mainly for the Old Salt House in San Myshuno. This renovated version is located in Del Sol Valley for my up and coming Fame sims.

I thought about making it a restaurant too. We need more reasons to visit the big city.
A restaurant is a good reason. I chose to sacrifice a penthouse instead.
It did have quite the renovation.
I liked using it as a shared house for new young adults.
I also made it a rental lot once for sims wanting to live a week in San Myshuno and just attend all the festivals, bars, and restaurant.
