I send my Sims' family to the Isle of Volpe Park in Henford for making my infant Sims get 'First trip to a Park' Milestone. As soon as arrived, father run to the pond and dipped his daughter's feets in the water.
That's interst thing. Because she has Cautious trait. But she got positive moodlet. Was it a father's kindness? Give it a try. Incidentally, the father, Caleb, has the Ambitious trait and likes to train his kids. Traits in Sims are often related to behavior.
