The infants themselves are great and cute. The ADULTS around the infants however.... maybe I just have bad luck by them being dumb as rocks... especially if you have many adults and they all cancel or freeze each other's interaction by "Check/Pick Up Infant/Toddler"

In my game, I don't use cc/mod's, don't have all the packs either, but for now, if any teen has started the parenting skill, they will seek to help ages toddler and younger, even in homes they visit! That was a surprise to me!

Teens can't learn the parenting skill in an unmodded game.

It was a fluke... seriously... just like my going into my created households which are not permitted to have a child, will have a newborn or even twins that the game gave them. My neighborhood stories is supposed to stop lots of things but doesn't. I have not tried to figure out the programming of the game - being honest - I am not going to. The flukes which should not happen, wild crazy things that happen, I just go with the flow. I just want to have fun and if an irony seems completely out of place or even unlikely in the game... is it really unlikely???? The teens had the skill when I went into the household after discovering the game (I was in manage households for some reason) gave them a newborn. I went into the household via the neighborhood, not manage households. I deleted the newborn after aging it up but just had to leave the skill thinking it was just part of the games doing, I can't change it, so now, they won't have to need to learn it later! I didn't have them learn it. This was some time ago.... I have not played that family since.
edit: I play rotationally and I play only 1 game. I also did not say that to cause a conflict or disruption. I did say it happened in my game. I feel like I have to defend myself. 😶
