There is a Mirror in the Base game that, according to the Description, smells like garlic and scares away vampires, and therefore is twice effective as it detects them and scares them away.
We got Vampires with no reflection and Garlic Scent as a weakness.
Enough said?
And yet the Mirror doesn't even scare off vampires.
It's not a hint, and that's a stretch lol.
