I typed 8 16 32 backward and it became 23 618.
Maybe the date is 23 6 18. I'm a European. We read Day, Month, Year.
So it would be the 23rd of June this year. Unless the 2032 date is referring to Sims 5.

It could just be a random date for shits and giggles with no meaning whatsoever.
