I feel the developers have missed out on a big opportunity by not making Acting as an active career for Teens, Children and Pets too. Especially with the whole Youtuber vibe from the new media editing skill, it would've been great to replicate internet stars like the Grumpy Cat or cinema sensations like Lassie with your pets (just as I felt it would've been nice to involve dogs in the detective career and cats in the doctor career too). Teen and Children youtubers and actors are many in real life, and it's a shame to see them excluded in the game.
As of now with what it offers, Get Famous feels more in the league of Vampires and Jungle Adventures, both of which are less expensive Game Packs. Involving other life stages would've made this more 'Expansion Pack' than it turned out to be. A real pity.
Edit: Would've also been nice to see some apartment in the new world, but I realize City Living would lose much of its own appeal if they did so. Oh well.
