Inventory items disappearing.

I recently bought Eco Lifestyle and the Nifty Knitting pack. I've been playing for several hours on a Rags to Riches style game. Eventually i started to notice things, mainly harvestables, missing from my inventory. At first i thought it was being eaten autonomously, so i turned that off. And it continued. I have found 3 Cow Plant berries now that have all been lost to this bug. The last time i found one, i went straight home to plant it and it mustve disappeared during travel. I have every pack except Realm of Magic, but only have a few installed right now. I'm on a gaming laptop with windows 10. Please help if you know how to fix it or need anymore info!

It's a bug. You can add your "me too" here:
    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-ECO-Some-harvestables-found-in-trash-disappear-from/td-p/9184743

As far as I know, there's no fix yet. I think I saw some people on you tube have some luck and finding them in their household inventory, but that might be a different bug.

This has been happening to me since long before the Eco Lifestyle pack or patch. I couldn't travel anywhere without the newest additions to my inventory getting lost in the process, which was especially annoying when I travelled to the Magic Realm to purchase new wands or ingredients, just for them to be gone when my sim returned home. One workaround I found was to drag those items around in the inventory until they lost the star marking them as new, because the bug only seemed to affect newly collected items.

It's gone from my game now, without me installing any mods to stop it, so I assumed the pre-Eco Lifestyle patch would have fixed it rather than causing it in the first place. But if it's happening to you now, try my method described above. It's not an ideal solution, but maybe it will help for the time being.

Yep, I've had it personally once before but I know a lot of others have had this issue. There's a bug report for it over on their official help forums and you should add your "me too" to it. You can find it here:
