Is a "First Person" view/camera/perspective available on the PC version?

So, I was looking at some YouTube videos posted of Sims4 content when I see people toggling in and out of first person perspective and shifting from Sim to Sim. AMAZING! "Why can't I do that?" ...

Yes first person view is on the pc version. To go in and out of it, you press shift+tab.
