Is anyone else disappointed with the High Maintenance trait?

As much as everyone here seems to love that trait, from a modder's perspective I can say the following:
The worst day ever buff is not classed as an angry buff properly, so @Cruelhumanbean is not imagining things there and also is not sitting on a bad mod. All the other buffs for the trait are properly classed.
The cooldowns for the buffs to reappear are very short so this is actually quite a challenging trait by design. Also, there is no such thing as the worst day ever buff being tied to the Sim having a bad emotion when it strikes. I personally would like it better if it were.
