Is anyone else having trouble with the new ea app?

I get the same error as I'm trying to install sims3 packs on the app. Sims 4 showed up fine but it said Sims 3 is in my collection so I had to download it. It took all night to download some of it.
Now I keep getting that error and cannot continue to download The Outdoor Living Stuff add on.
Update. Everything else got downloaded and installed fine except for that one pack.
