I think this bug is related to how 'friendly' the Islanders are. That entire concept needs to be adjusted. The fact they enter your home at any time with plates of food, or bowls of kava, then basically treat your house as if it's their own, has spilled over to include every lot regardless of which lot type it is. The Islanders raid fridges, 'borrow' boats, aqua zips and floaties, steal plates of food and take decor items and collectibles every chance they get. A few of them have gone as far as to follow my Sims into bathrooms and stand there talking to my Sim while he/she is showering, bathing or using the toilet. I'm not against a neighborly atmosphere, but these Islanders are a bit much. I now use the 'Private Dwelling' lot trait just to get some peace and quiet. But the fact the restaurants are being affected now really upsets me. Restaurants are a very important part of how I play the game, and this bug has ruined it for me.
