Is anyone else's game lagging since Tiny Living?

I never have lagging or stuttering in TS4 but ever since installing TL the game just feels super jerky to me. Am I the only one? I'm using two mods though: more traits by Kawaii Stacie & Meaningful St...

I don't have the pack, refuse to buy it. Since the update I'm getting the same thing without any mods in game.
