We could use SimCity 4 to create neighborhoods and add/remove lots and decorations from any neighborhood in TS2. TS3 was CAW that was a huge success. In TS4 we have absolutely no customization whatsoever. We can't even change the blasted stupid names of the towns, that's how little control of the game we have. I hate this version so much, I feel like it was created for 8 year olds who can't be trusted with too many options. We are supposed to be moving forward and better with each new version of the game. All TS4 did was strip it of any fun that players once had.
