Is eco footprint actually working for anyone?
It's so buggy and doesn't make any sense, it goes from industrial to neutral in seconds then goes back to industrial again, especially if you travel to another neighborhood.. I started a new save ...

I get that it's tuned to slide, or else we would never be able to change it, but I don't know why it needs to keep pulling back? It should pull back when I start to make changes going the other way? I could see it if say I have 4 lots in the neighbourhood and 2 are industrial and 2 are green that it would pull back and forth. But if I have them all green or all industrial, it shouldn't be pulling back? Unless I'm missing something in my builds/actions that is causing the pull still?
This might be the intention since it's been almost 2 months and there's not been a fix for it. (Again assuming) I'd assume that a major selling feature of a pack and probably the #1 thing about this pack that changes the overall game: you'd want that to be working as intended from launch, if not very soon after and we've had 2 patches since. There should be another patch before knitting launches though, so I think if I don't see a fix then, I'm going to assume this crazy back and forth sliding is intended.
More than assuming, we were told by the devs that the toggle in the options menu would pause the eco footprint. This was the exact word they used. Instead of it we got a toggle that disables the footprint. Very different outcome...
Devs are always so carefull when they talk to us, i can't understand why they used such a different way to describe the toggle before the expansion released...
You're absolutely right. The wording is important and this is not what we were "sold". Pausing is completely different than disabling. I would like to pause it, like I was told I could in the live stream.
