Is eco footprint actually working for anyone?
It's so buggy and doesn't make any sense, it goes from industrial to neutral in seconds then goes back to industrial again, especially if you travel to another neighborhood.. I started a new save ...

I've been able to keep the eco footprint in Sulani stable, by having the majority of lots be green lots. In Port Promise, I was able to keep it stable too. My sims could go anywhere they liked, the green bar stayed all the way solid green. Then autumn came. By the end of the first day of fall, the eco footprint went to neutral leaning green. I made the last two lots, green lots, and the eco footprint continues to drop! All 5 lots are green lots! Its only the morning of the fourth day of fall, and its completely neutral, about to start leaning to industrial! It seems that autumn itself, is an industrial season. Since Sulani foliage stays green year around, autumn and winter doesn't seem to affect the eco foot print like it does in Port Promise.
