Is Get Famous just being an actor?

From what I understand, there’s 1 new career, and in this career you can choose the Actor path or the Influencer path.

Also, they made it so every career in the game has an additional level, think of it like a Level 11 if you will, that makes it so your Sim is famous and becomes a celebrity in that career if they make it to level 11. So technically they’ve made additions to every career. Once they become this famous celebrity, they unlock a special phone, new social interactions, probably some new objects and can gain access to an exclusive venue.

That’s what I’ve gathered so far if I’m correct.

Is this something they have actually stated or is this an inference you've made from the information we have so far? Because I'm not sure how that would work, since it seems like we have a fame system, so that would imply there are levels to fame. If this is true, would reaching this "level 11" just be one way to reach the first level of fame?
