Is Get Together Worth the Money?

I think it is, although I've never really been one to complain about the prices lol. I just see them, decide I need them (otherwise I feel like I'm missing out) and buy them. A lot of simmers have said it's their fave. I personally don't use the clubs THAT much, but it's nice knowing they're there and I can. They're really cool though. Sims dancing is hilarious. And I'm in love with the world that comes with. People throw DJ parties. There are cafes and stuff. Feels so real when you get up early in the morning to go and grab a pastry and a coffee :tongue:

I think it's an awesome pack if you get it on a discount. Origin throws those on sale very so often so definitely wait if you can. Buy the new world is very nice and the club system is actually great if you don't just forget to use it. I also like the cas and build and buy, but it's a personal preference for the cosy style

I couldn't give a rat's butt about the clubs themselves, but I finally figured out how useful the benefits are. You can create a club for your household and call a gathering without ever leaving the lot and accrue points towards benefits.

You get here interactions , new place , actual night clubs , etc . It’s worth it trust me .

I don't like much about it.
I never use the club system because it turns the sims into zombies.
The clubs are imho awful, I went a couple of times but it just has a weird feel to it. There is just that DJ booth and all the sims hang around that and do really dumb 'dances', I also find the music to be very annoying.
The only thing I like about this pack is the cafes, clothes,hair and the world. The bonfire is okay at best and the diving boards are hard to place at home because it looks out of place, unless you want weird colored water those aren't of any particular use either.
The game machine is also hopelessly too big to use, like much of the items in Sims 4. Another good objects is the walk in closet although I don't love the animations for it.


So if you like what I don't, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I really like the club system - it's allowed me to customize what Sims I'm not playing do. It's up to me if a given café tends to be frequented by teen study groups or adults having business meeting or chatty locals. It's up to me if a particular park is a hangout for mean kids or for elders playing cards. It's up to me which bar is where businesspeople go outside work hours and which one is full of sports fans. It makes my worlds feel even more alive, and same-type venues feel different from each other in more than decor.

Plus Windenburg is a gorgeous world (though they made the old town part too big, so it Sims spread out an awful lot compared to a real Central European town).

It is in fact the only EP for TS4 so far (not counting Seasons yet) I would recommend getting full price.

I use so much from Get Together - it's definitely a must-have for me. I think it depends on your play style as to how much you're going to get out of the game though.

I think to some extent the new gameplay features such as clubs are an integral part of my game and as a result I don't quite know why they weren't included in base game since the feature has linked to almost every single pack released since! Definitely worth a buy as it really does improve the gameplay... That being said there have been other packs that have release in more recent months that I'd rather purchase first if I hadn't have bought every pack the day it released lmao :P :D

Yes, absolutely love this pack! There’s great clothing and a beautiful world! It’s simply amazing! Would definitely recommend
