I think James Turner (Australian who was one of the featured builders in Snowy Escapes) based his most recent mansion build on a real structure.
Looking at architecture plans and real estate listings is a great way to get inspiration!
With all the press pictures of that Mar-a-Lago place over in America, I'm surprised I haven't seen something similar to that in the gallery. I haven't looked too hard though. I think the curved centre section looks beyond the Sims 4 build tech at the moment...
