Is it OK to upload a build based on a real life structure, such as the Amityville Horror House?

I love building and thought it would be fun to try and recreate the Amityville Horror House, or maybe the Rosenheim Mansion, aka "The Murder House". Along with its history, it was also featured on American Horror Story. Pictures of houses such as these are easy to find, along with floor plans. I'm thinking if this is public knowledge it shouldn't be an issue. I want to be sure before I invest time into something that Maxis would not want on their gallery. Any problem trying to recreate houses like this?
