Is it possible for one Sim to complete all aspirations without cheating?

Don't forget that you can change traits and de-age with potions from the rewards store.
I made a sim get all the uni qualifications, complete 3 careers and the vampire aspiration (omg its like 40 days without biting someone or something insane!)
