Is it possible to clean up the "green" neighborhood in Eco Living

Ok, apologies in advance as I cannot remember the name of the world that came with Eco Living.

If you start a new game and choose that world, the three neighborhoods start with each of the three states: Green, Neutral, and Industrial. However, when playing in a brand new save in the "green" neighborhood, you can't help but notice there's trash and discarded furniture EVERYWHERE. That doesn't seem green to me. Is there a NAP or something that makes it look better?

  • There are two N.A.P.s that should clean up the neighborhood, Green Initiative and Modern Development.

And to get it ALL cleaned up you need both.

Good tip, thank you, @Beardedgeek !

Basically, as I understand it, Green Initiative cleans up about half the junk and plants new trees / flowers
Modern Development cleans up the other half and adds murals, art and paint.
