Is it possible to complete the Easter Egg collection?

All I can find is references to the event that, seems to me, hasn't been available for a while and no one's talking about it, so I seriously doubt it's available this year.

So, there's no way to complete this collection any more, is there?

    Yes, it can be, but it will take DLC. With the Seasons pack installed, one can set up a holiday for Easter (or whatever you want to call it) and make one of the tasks to hunt eggs. Or, with other packs, one can buy them at the CL flea market festival, or a store that has them set up for purchase (GTW).
