Is it possible to have casual romantic relationships with a ton of sims? (Update need help)

I feel like I wanna sim to sleep around with other sims, not held down to one partner. To have many casual partners in that department, basically a slut. But I'm not sure if it's possible to do that, ...

It's possible to skip the process if your sim is a 4-level celebrity and have the instant besties perk. You can then introduce yourself by choosing "besties romantic introduction", which will give the romance level a boost. You should be able to go straight to first kiss after that, and then you should be able to woohoo.
