I bought Royalty and Legacy but haven't played through it yet and I'm finally getting the motivation. I want to have a broke sim go through the Noble Career. I'm curious for anyone else who has done this - where did you have a poor sim live in Ondarion? Everywhere seems so posh - even the apartments. Did you have your sim live in a different world and travel to Ondarion? Just curious for some ideas and inspiration. Thanks!
I haven't done this yet, but I'd start in Bellacorde at Giardino Del Grandioso (18,878 §), the lot is big enough to build a palace.
Lair in the Open Air seems to be the rags to riches lot the devs had in mind. 30x20 means it's big enough that you can just stay there and build up.
That said, if you have Eco Lifestyle then Evergreen Harbour is an interesting place to have royalty. With the Modern Development NAP all careers (which includes the noble career) pay more. If you stack enough bonuses, 16k a day is possible.
This is a lovely idea, I might try something like that as well!
