Is it possible to have casual romantic relationships with a ton of sims? (Update need help)

I feel like I wanna sim to sleep around with other sims, not held down to one partner. To have many casual partners in that department, basically a slut. But I'm not sure if it's possible to do that, ...

If you have Get Together, you can make a club that focuses on WooHoo. During club gatherings, you can sleep with another sim with barely any effort. Then you can Ask to Just be Friends and remove any romantic feelings. Since you'll still have a good friendship wih that sim, you can repeat the process over and over again.
