The beguiling trait is great but also so this the very friendly trait with a sim that has max charisma. The very friendly trait makes any sim become a friend just by introducing yourself, but if your sim also has max charisma they can use the enchanting introduction which makes both the romance bar and friendship bar go up from there it only takes a few romantic gestures to get to woohoo. If you also have the beguiling trait you could score super fast. (Lol)
Also the player trait from doing the serial romantic aspiration will make it so other sims don’t get jealous but that’s the fun part of having a player for a sim so I never use it.
It’s also easy to change their gender preferences in this game just start flirting with males more then females
