Is it weird that I feel like I'm Wasting Packs?

So, I have a lot of packs in the Sims 4. But I feel like most of them are wasted, as I don't use some of the features very often. Some examples: I almost never go to the Spa from Spa day, or vacation ...

It happens to me as well regarding some of the packs. it really depends on what my game method is. sometimes I want my sim to be this vegetarian, nature loving wholesome person, so I do happen to use the packs it correlates to, such as spa day and outdoor retreat.
basically, you can say my game method is rotational packs, instead of rotational households.
what I NEVER use though, is the dine out pack. I feel like this pack failed me.
