I say yes. If you are wanting another world Tartosa is VERY beautiful and a decent size. Decent variety of lot sizes. The only bad thing about it is that it seems the town area is usually pretty empty of sims.
I'm also the kind of person who would pay full price for a pack even if I just wanted the world though.
I think the wedding planning is fun so I thought the gameplay was pretty good too ? no more major bugs but you have to be someone who enjoys micromanaging all the aspects of the wedding.
I love micro-managing. That is why i own games like Cities skylines and survive mars on steam..you know, those city builder games that maxis also used to do too..cough SIMCITYcough...anyways, thanks for the honest opinion. I decided i may buy it. I originally was only going to buy the werewolf pack today, but i think i buy the my wedding stories too..but im still kinda nervous about the bugs. I still have issues with laundry day and the infinitely freezing up laundry bug. I reported that bug long time ago, and the same post i posted about it is still going on here:

Im like the second person to add a report about that bug, and it is still not fixed, at least in my game...and yes, ive done a dozen origin fixes to my game. I even deleted old saves and started new games and still same bug. Some bugs in the sims 4 are just stubburn.
