Is Newcrest inspired by a real place?

I really like the way they put Newcrest together. Like someone else mentioned they could have put a bit more children’s playground equipment in other areas. But I use one of the lots by the water for a yacht that I downloaded, the other lot for a large park I downloaded, the long row for a church in the middle, and brownstone type buildings. The other two areas for mostly community lots, I like the way the lots are arranged, I wish they would sell world packs. They did leave some open spots there for something ( maybe for things like the skating rink).
