Is taking a nap as effective as sleeping?
So is napping for a certain amount of time just as 'effective' at helping your energy level as sleeping (on the same bed, to remove item traits from the equation)? I get the impression sleeping works...

Yeah I usually only nap when I need bump a Sim into a better sleep schedule for work or college and such.
