I have an idea for my sim to become a huge pop star in the singing career...think Justin Bieber-ish. Any decent career mods out there that can make this happen that will work with Get Famous so he can also gain fame? Thanks!
Yes! Sacrificial's Road to Fame Street Dancing VO.5A version. You'll love it. That's how my Sim became a Global Superstar, Rock Star, in 11 Sim Days. Mind you, I gave the school kids the summer off from school, so that Teen Erik could work full-time on his aspiration. But using RTF in concert with GF, he sky-rocketed to the top. Not only that, this mod allows for your Sim to play for a live audience, or if you wish you can send your Sim to an away concert (Rabbit hole). I use this more often, now, because he's a YA and has five children under the age of five. (In case you're wondering, there is a set of twins in this group.) And, yes, a Teen can give concerts, so long as he has the HitBeats.
Your Sim can make albums when his fame/professional singing skill rises high enough. Photoshoots, in person, or away, are possible if your Sim reaches the right Simrenheit (200). Have your Sim study modeling. And once his HitBeats reach 100/100 they'll be invited to give concerts. There are ways to achieve this, too. Write songs (via RTF) and send them into the cloud, as it were will increase their points. There is also the ability with a high enough Professional singing skill level for your Sim to seek invitations to do a singing telegram thing, which also increases said points.
You will have to either build the venue or you can search the gallery under #RTF to find some nice concert stages/halls.
@GalacticGal so it works well with Get Famous' celebrity system or does it conflict in any way? Do the sims make good money in compared to Get Famous where sims still don't make great money when they reach the top of acting career and a 5 star celeb? The whole point for me is to do some kind of rags to riches where they can eventually can buy a huge mansion.
I wasn't a fan of Road to Fame so I use an alternative mod: KawaiiStacie's Showtime mod. You can choose your career and go into rabbithole gigs,which will grant you fame, money, and followers. You can choose to do live events and perform and have sims spawn in to watch the show. I also write my own songs and use a mod for unlimited licensing.

They work very well together. In fact, once your Sim has 100/100 HitBeat points and reach level 5 in Professional singing, they can make §10,000 per concert. Same when they reach level 5 in modeling. Each photo session reaps §10,000. Any acting gigs pay §5,000 each. But again, you must have the acting chops. I love this mod. Just be certain when you install it that you click on Road to Fame (on your Sim) and go into Options in the RTF menu. Some of the wording is tricky, but the modder's first language isn't English. Enable both RTF and GF, you can enable other things as well. There is an option for autonomous actions. I set mine to have my Sim update his Simstagram account. You can also set it so that your Sim won't react to other celebrities, if you want.

omg, that's amazing! Thats the most annoying thing with Get Famous is when celebrities react to other celebrities. It's too weird.
