Is the milestones bug fixed in your game? (can't use AHQ to ask this)

Hi folks who have Growing Together, I see on AHQ that the milestones bug is reported fixed and the relevant thread closed. However, the fix in the patch notes is labeled as being for a very small ...

I am also interested in the answer. It is strange they only mention sims moving to another household and no word on rotating between households. I really want this fixed but if it is not properly fixed, I will hold of on updating because of the photography changes. I won't be able to try for myself until next week.
