Is the N.A.P. Inspector supposed to show up in EVERY neighborhood now?

I have sims living on the tropical island and today that annoying inspector came around and told them they weren't complying with the code and fined them. I thought those guys only worked in the neighborhood that came with Eco Lifestyle pack?

NAPs can be enabled in any neighborhood, not just Evergreen Harbor. If you don’t turn off npc voting in the gameplay options, random ones will be selected for each neighborhood as you play. If you turn it off, no new NAPs will be added, but you’ve still got to repeal the existing ones (can turn on testing cheats and shift click the mailbox to see them/remove them)

Thanks. Seems silly for sims living off the grid go be hassled by "the man" over not being ecological enough. :smiley:
