The police one, maybe. I would love it if burglars and police NPCs would come back. I'd also love it, if they do, that when I do set a curfew, police men will pick my daughter up and bring her home xD I know some people didn't like that but with the ability to set a curfew (or not) they could technically bring it back for those that did :)
