It's not the end of the Sims franchise but it may be the end of the format we all know and love. I fear PC games in general are dying and being replaced by mobile. Sadly we live in an age where people (especially young people) are more impatient and have shorter attention spans so apps are preffered over going through the process of buying and downloading a game.
