Is there a build/buy item that I can use to lock my werewolf up on the verge of rampaging?
I thought there was a nifty new lock up room added but I could be wrong. If it exists, anyone know what it's called?

Just use the normal lock doors option you have on doors and gates in game. If your house is fenced with gate, then just lock that gate for everyone and your werewolf can rampage and sniff and search for treasures while doing it ;)
