Is there a cheat to give/take away known spells & potions?

I want to edit an existing spellcaster sim, with the intent of of still having it as an NPC but just changed to my preferred specifications, but is there a quick way to change their known spells and p...

Thanks, this has some stuff for ADDING spells & potions (tho doesn't look like there's a super easy way to get potions, which is a shame), which is part of what I'm looking for, but I still need a way to make a sim FORGET their known potions & spells. I don't want to just add stuff, I want to remake what kind of spellcaster they are.
