My Sim has had her first trimester but I want her to have her baby now. Is there a cheat to make her give birth?

Yeah when he aged up to toddler I was able to look at his simology and see that he's a boy. Gonna try to figure out how to change his name.
Just enter into CAS on that household and change their name where you would name your Sims.
