Is there a cure for sims unhappy with their homes?

Thank you! Followed your link, which was most informative. The game installation in question has Cottage Living, so is well past the Eco Living date of June 2020. So, either am blind to what is there, or my options panel is wonky. Also explains why my main game doesn't have the problem. It stops at 11/19 with DU.
