Is there a point in achievements?
I just literally find no use whatsoever. Even as a completionist, I just don't care. The collectibles are way better.

I agree, at the very least the base achievements give you gamerscore/trophies on the console ports, but there seems to be no point in the other achievements besides trying to prolong gameplay.
