Is there a specific time that the refresh is happening?

Since this is the first refresh we can't be sure but new content is usually released at 10am PST.

Since it’s basically a free update it will likely drop at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m Mountain, 12:00 noon Central and 1 p.m. Eastern Time in the US. 6 p.m. GMT and 7 p.m. CEST.

Wow is right. I'm wondering just how long I will have to 'cool my heels' before I know which of my necessary mods are good-to-go. Luckily, I have my Genealogy and editing my latest book to help keep me occupied. But, I do need to relax, especially now when the news is so depressing. Oi! What is a Simmer to do?

You left out Mountain Time, which would be 11 AM.
