Is there a table/stand that lets you sell things on community lots?

I have all EPs/GPs/SPs (except IL), and I'm aware that there's a table in the Jungle Adventure game pack that vendors can sell at. I'd like for my sim to be able to cook food and use a pop-up table (...

Yes this was on a community lot, only 1 sim bought something the entire sale :/ I havent tested it on my residential lot so idk if more would come or not :/
