Thank you. That option hasn't appeared yet, so I wondered how many it's going to take. :) ETA: Mrs. Pancakes is the leader of this group and she is elderly and doesn't even show up, lol. I want my Sim to be leader so I can change the rules.
every body you just become good friends with the leader and then you will have the option to ask him to step down as leader and the person asking to takeover will take over...
