Is there a way to cancel scholarships?

Question

My sim just started university and before I got him to apply for as many scholarships as possible. Unfortunately I didn't realise that if he got the athletics scholarship he's automatically quit his level 10 job to be in the soccer team. I have a save from before he enrolled, but not before the got the scholarship. Is there a way to cancel it, either legitimately or through cheats?

You could quit the football team and rejoin your career, however, I don't know that it will put you on the same level as you once were, if you're past the 1st level.

I don't think sims can work full time and still attend college. Maybe it's not the scholarship that's the issue.

If you can, I would do a roll back to a moment prior to your Sim seeking scholarships. Then scrupulously avoid the one regarding athletics.
