Is there a way to change a Sims gender without losing all the outfits and make up?

I have a transgender Sim who is going through a change from a male to female. I wanted to give her some subtle plastic surgery to correct the features more feminine and make the last change... correct...

She's always had a feminine frame and feminine clothing preferece. I just want to finalize her transition. The problem is that because she's still a male in CAS, she does all the male animations. It looks odd because she looks very feminine and then she suddenly sits on a sofa like a man or when she freshens up in front of a mirror she does the pose of showing her arm muscles.
