Is there a way to disable the celebrity level for newly generated townie sim?

Hi, My sim is in the hottest spot waiting for the acolade award but I noticed many unlisted celebrity sims were gathering there. I want to delete their all celebrity level and clicked on that sim hold...

Thank you. How can you delete them? I don't have any option for that..? Ahh maybe from the edit town mode? Oh I successfully deleted them. thank you.:)
