Is there a way to get sims to sit during weddings?

I'm not sure if I'm placing the chairs too far away from the wedding arch, if this related to the recent issues with sims not sitting when watching tv, or what, but I'm having trouble getting sims to sit while watching wedding ceremonies. I made a nice wedding chapel with benches right by the wedding arch but the guests are always wandering around or standing during the ceremony.

    There's currently a bug with Sims sitting to do things at the moment. Hopefully this gets fixed in the upcoming patch so keep an eye out :)

    I had to click on the bride for the other sims to actually sit down and watch the ceremony, but I was also controlling all (only 4 sims) the wedding guest as well.
