Is there a way to set make sims look as good ingame as CAS?

In CAS sims have so much detail but when you go into game mode they lose all of it... I have everything set to ultra (because it auto defaulted that way so I'm assuming it's not my graphics card) I'...

It could be the reduced texture size, so you could try that. You can also try using some other skin, it could be possible that the cc skin you use have different LOD settings (level of detail) so it looks blurrier in game.
